Whilst we are best suited to help small to medium sized businesses with up to 50 employees, however, we are happy to discuss possible arrangement should you have a bigger team.

Ridgefield Consulting does not operate on fixed-fee charges. That’s because we don’t believe anyone should have to pay for more than what they need. Our fees will be dependent on the number of employees you have, the complexities of their pay structure and how regularly payroll needs to be completed.
