At Ridgefield Consulting we are doing our very best to prepare for the rapid and ever-changing disruptions caused by the Covid-19 virus. Our main priority and responsibility are to keep our team, our clients, and our community as safe as possible.
To provide clarity and reassurance I wanted to inform you of the changes we have made in order to manage the situation so far as best we can –
Our business will continue to operate fully.
Internally, we are supporting our employees to work from home or the office as they feel more comfortable with. They have however been clearly briefed and are aware that they are to self-isolate where they in any way feel unwell or have been in contact with anyone who has been unwell.
Although we foresee that we will have staff in the office during our regular work hours of 9:00 am – 17:00 pm, we ask at this time that no one visits the office without a pre-arranged scheduled meeting and only if absolutely necessary. We are suspending all face to face meetings at this current time until further notice.
If you need to drop off any documents, please do so at any time to our mailbox to the left-hand side of the building’s front door. For anything larger please email us at [email protected] to arrange a date and time for drop off.
Please be aware that due to less staff in the office, phone calls may take longer for us to respond to; however we remain contactable by phone on our usual number: 01865 24 55 11. Please do continue to email your accountant directly as this will be the most efficient method of contact.
